The Wilmington Housing Partnership (WHP) is soliciting bids from qualified developers for the purchase and development of the 9 unit site located on Carter Street between Vandever Avenue and East 22nd Street.

WHP currently owns the vacant ground. Proposals will be evaluated based on how the questions are addressed in the proposal packet submitted to WHP. The final disposition must be approved by the WHP Board of Directors.

There will be an onsite meeting on October 30th from 1:00-3:00 PM to answer questions and view the site.

All proposals must be received by noon on November 16th, 2009 at the Wilmington Housing Partnership’s office located on the 7th floor in the Department of Real Estate and Housing, City County Building, 800 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware.
